Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 June 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Connecsi (the "Service"), operated by Oxalier Digital Sp. z o.o. ("Connecsi", "we", "us"), registered in Poland at Opoczyńska 9/5, 02-522 Warszawa, VAT ID PL5213973261. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. The Service

Connecsi is an AI-assisted influencer-marketing platform connecting brands and creators through creator discovery, scoring, a two-sided marketplace (brand offers and creator packages), messaging, campaign management, and reporting. We provide tools and assistance only. We do not guarantee any particular results, reach, engagement, earnings, or outcome from use of the Service or from any collaboration arranged through it.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

5. Brands, creators, and the marketplace

The Service supports two roles: brands, who post offers and run campaigns, and creators, who list packages and respond to offers. Connecsi facilitates introductions and transactions between users but is not a party to any agreement reached between a brand and a creator. You are solely responsible for the terms, performance, and quality of any collaboration you enter into with another user. Any payment terms, deliverables, and obligations between users are between those users unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Creator channel connection and YouTube API Services

Connecsi uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube channel or otherwise using features that rely on YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of Google data through the Service is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. When you connect a channel, we access only the read-only data you authorise, and you may revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions or by disconnecting your channel. Our handling of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-assisted features

Some features generate draft content (for example, proposal text) using AI. AI output is assistive, may contain errors, and must be reviewed and approved by you before it is sent or relied upon. You are responsible for content you send, even where it was AI-generated. Certain AI features may be metered (for example, by credits) and subject to fair-use limits.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or for fraud; misrepresent your identity, audience, or metrics; harass or spam other users; scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service; infringe others' intellectual property or privacy; or attempt to circumvent security, access controls, or usage limits.

9. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a licence to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the Service. The Service itself — including software, design, and proprietary scoring such as the Creator Power Score — is owned by Connecsi or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or exploit it except as permitted by these Terms.

10. Fees and payments

Core features may be offered free or under usage allowances. When paid features are enabled, prices and billing terms will be presented at purchase, and payments will be processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Taxes apply where relevant. (This section will be finalised when paid plans go live.)

11. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services (including Google/YouTube, our hosting, email, AI, and payment providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Creator scores, metrics, and discovery data are estimates derived from available information and may be incomplete or inaccurate; you should exercise your own judgement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connecsi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. (Exact liability cap to be set with counsel.)

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Connecsi against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party rights.

15. Term and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by appropriate means, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have. (Confirm forum/arbitration approach with counsel.)
